On a cloudy NW Sunday, May 2, hundreds of VW's of all kinds gathered at Lake Sammamish State Park for their annual Cruise for the Cure event. The day started out with a cruise to the Snoqualmie Summit -180 vehicles participated in this cruise! The rest of the afternoon included music, food and fun at the park. Each year, CFTC chooses a local charity to support and this year the local charity was The Tears Foundation. Through auctions and donations, local VW clubs and attendees raised $4700 for the Foundation! The turnout for the event was the largest yet, at 440 vehicles in attendance. Thanks to everyone who participated and supported a wonderful cause!
